Green Tea Dumpling
Dumplings were used to be enjoyed during cold winter with warm soybean soup, but nowadays they are enjoyed during all seasons. You can use brewed green tea leaves, beef, bean sprouts, tofu, kimchi and etc. for bun filling. If you put powder tea in dumpling skin, you can enjoy fresher taste.

01. Ingredients
Flour, brewed green tea leaves, green tea powder, beef, bean sprouts, tofu, cabbage kimchi, shitake mushroom, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, eggs, spring onion
02. Recipe
1. Knead flour with salty water and green tea powder.
2. Make clear soybean soup with beef.
3. Chop beef, shred shitake mushroom, crush and squeeze tofu, boil and squeeze bean sprouts and chop and squeeze kimchi.
4. Season ③.(Salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, crushed garlic)
5. Make egg garnish and chop it in domino form.
6. 1 dough is rolled into a size of 7 ~ 8cm in diameter and puts dumplings into a half moon shape. Roll the dough of 1 into a size of 7 ~ 8cm in diameter, put bun filling, and make dumplings in half-moon shape.
7. Season the boiling soybean soup and put dumplings in. If it boils, throw Welsh onion and crushed garlic and place egg garnish and red think pepper.
