Tea Porridge

It improves the appetite with the scent and bitter and sour taste compared to the white porridge that is hard to eat.


Tea Recipe

01. Ingredients

1 cup of rice, 7 cups of water, 4 tablespoons of roasted tea, salt

02. Recipe

1. Rinse the rice and scoop it 30 minutes before cooking it.
2. Deeply brew the tea by mixing roasted tea in the boiling water of designated amount.
3. Put tea of ② into the rice of ① and cook rice over high heat with closed lid until it boils over.
4. Put salt right before it finished ※Note It’s advisable to use tea such as high class tea or green tea according to occasion.

03. Others

For roasted tea, place paper over the pot or frying pan and roast high class tea over low heat. Do not stir in the middle of the process.
