Tea Sushi

Sour, sweet, and bitter flavors are harmonized in sushi, and the scent of laver and tea is mixed well, spicing up the appetite.


Tea Recipe

01. Ingredients

7 ~ 10g of green tea, 2 cups of rice, 2 ⅓ of water (1.5 times of rice), 30cc of vinegar, sugar mixed with ½ vinegar

02. Recipe

1. Fill green tea with water and get it absorbed sufficiently.
2. Thoroughly squeeze and chop sufficiently absorbed tea of ①.
3. Split the cucumber into 4 pieces and salt it lightly.
4. Cook rice, make sugary vinegar, and make sushi.
5. Mix ④with finely chopped tea in ②.
6. Spread laver on laver bed. Put sushi and filling and roll them.

Mixed tea turn brown over time.
