Bean Tea Food

[Effect] It lowers the blood cholesterol level, prevents arteriosclerosis and adult diseases, promotes circulation of blood circulation in peripheral blood vessels, and maintains the balance of hormones. It also prevents the formation of lipoperoxidein our body, thereby lowering geriatric dementia and cancers such as lung cancer, ovarian cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer.


Tea Recipe

01. Ingredients

1 cup of roasted bean flour, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, slight amount of salt • olive oil

02. Recipe

1. Salt the roasted glutinous rice powder, and then add honey and oligosaccharide to knead thickly.
2. Peel the dough in a small size and stuff it in the greased plaster. Then, stamp patterns on them.

03. Others

※ The bean tea food is made by blending both green soybean flour and yellow soybean flour into honey and stuffing the dough onto the plaster. It was introduced in <Chosun Cooking Recipe>, 1913. ※If you blend some of the green tea powder into the blue kelp powder, it will improve the color, taste, and effects of the tea food.
